WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

For this full-time Insurance Operations Account Executive role, we are seeking a Property & Casualty insurance professional who is experienced in a full range of account management servicing tasks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the policy lifecycle, and the processing tasks required to support policy management. While this is not a processing role, familiarity with processing is necessary to facilitate the work and manage the customer relationship. Excellent communications skills are essential. For the right candidate, relocation assistance from anywhere in the United States is available. This is an in-office position located in our Knoxville, TN office.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and foster strong relationships with clients (primarily MGAs and Wholesalers) by building trust through proactive communication.
  • Maintain knowledge of Policy Lifecycle for consulting purposes.
  • Understand and communicate client and BPO team concerns and challenges with all involved parties for quick, appropriate resolution.
  • Lead web-based meetings, and host training sessions with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Review production reports to maintain appropriate team size based on volume of work and understand the tasks the Selectsys BPO team performs.
  • Oversee the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) process. Facilitate the SOP creation with Document Writer, obtain SOP client approval and always maintain current SOP information.
  • Attend and participate in recurring review meetings. Visit clients on-site according to the established quota.
