Insurance Operations Executive The Insurance Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day insurance operational activities, including policy administration, documentation, coordination with insurers, and customer service support. The role ensures accurate processing of insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Policy Coordination: Manage and process insurance policies accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely settlement of insurance bills. · Claims Management: Support claims processing and follow-up to ensure prompt resolution. · Business Unit Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to business units on technical and operational matters. · Documentation Management: Handle documentation related to insurance operations with precision and confidentiality. Ensure accurate maintenance of policy records. · Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication across departments and with central insurance facilitators / insurers. · Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently. · Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Profile: · Bachelor’s degree in finance, Insurance, or a related discipline (BSc (Hons) preferred). · A minimum of two years’ relevant work experience. · Knowledge acquired through studying for a professional qualification in insurance will be an added advantage (general insurance exposure preferred). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational and time management abilities. · A proactive mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
