Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

• Current property & casualty insurance license required.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detailed, organized with great time management skills.

• Process policy changes, binders and ID Cards for personal lines.
• Report claims & follow up for our clients.
• Answer policy coverage questions & review policy renewals for personal lines clients.
• Cross sell and upsell when making changes.
• Assist agent with re-quotes, cross sell & new business for personal lines.
