This position will hold complete responsibility for the service of Gold Clients. Ensure prompt, accurate, courteous service to insured, Gold team and insurance companies regarding those accounts. Interim Account Manager support for Gold team members. Assist with billing, portal work, client document distribution, remarkets, and maintaining insurer & client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • RIBO license
  • Post-Secondary Education and/or Equivalent Industry Designations preferred
  • Willingness to obtain CPRIA designation
  • Minimum two years’ licensed, in sales/service/processing
  • Experience with VIP and/or high net worth accounts
  • Availability to travel for meetings
  • Excellent customer service skills; good written and oral communication skills
  • Well organized; attention to detail; an ability to prioritize; accuracy in recording details
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
  • Build lasting relationships with clients throughout the communities we serve.
  • Provide unwavering & extraordinary level of customer service during all aspects of the client’s relationship.
  • Provide service to clients on renewal and throughout the policy period; handle questions and general inquiries, recommend and provide increased limits or coverage.
  • Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation processing; new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
  • Record and process various claims transactions.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate accounts receivable procedures.
  • Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of follow-up lists.
  • Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations.
  • Other duties and special projects, as required.
