As a Insurance Policy Service Specialist with our firm, you will play a key role in serving our clients while ensuring their insurance needs are met using professionalism and care. This requires quick, accurate, detailed correspondence while using the company’s database and other software by entering and gathering large amounts of data for the purpose of; assisting policyholders cross selling, assisting retail agents, and assisting internal staff members using various data sources.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year(s) experience as support staff in an insurance agency
• Must have strong organizational skills, be a problem solver, collaboration, and basic math skills.
• Great attention to detail, quick thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks, while being flexible.
• General operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers and general office equipment.
• Property and Casualty license required
  Pay Range - Hourly rate will depend on experience: $25 to $35 per hour.
