Insurance & Process Manager (all genders) Full-time

3 Banken Versicherungsmakler (3 BVM) is the exclusive insurance broker for BKS, Oberbank, and BTV in Austria, specializing in corporate and industrial insurance. As an independent consulting firm in the insurance sector, 3 BVM has been operating for 50 years. Over 2,000 satisfied companies are served from its offices in Innsbruck, Linz, Klagenfurt, Graz, and Vienna.

To further develop our organization, we are creating a new key position within the company. The goal is to centralize selected back-office functions across all locations, digitize processes, and integrate modern AI solutions into daily work.

Here's what you can expect:

• They actively participate in the further development of our company and support forward-looking digitization and optimization initiatives.
• They support the establishment of a central back office for our five locations and contribute to the standardization of processes.
• They analyze existing workflows, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable solutions to increase efficiency.
• They coordinate and standardize processes in claims management and tendering.
• They help design digital workflows and drive their ongoing development.
• They provide support in the introduction and use of AI applications to optimize day-to-day business.
• They manage interfaces with insurers and partners and continuously develop these further.
• They create analyses, evaluations and process documentation as a basis for operational and strategic decisions.
• They work closely with customer service representatives, claims experts and management, and actively participate in strategic projects.

You bring the following with you:

• Enthusiasm for digitalization, innovations and modern technologies, as well as an interest in the insurance industry.
• High affinity for IT and enjoyment in developing and advancing digital solutions.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Initiative, a desire to create, and the motivation to successfully implement new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with different contacts.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, data analysis, process management or project work is desirable.
• Prior experience with AI applications, automation solutions, or digital interfaces rounds off your profile.

We offer a gross annual salary starting at €40,000.00 for this position, attractive benefits, and career advancement opportunities. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
