As our Insurance Property Inspector, you'll earn $20–$28 per billable hour. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN INSURANCE PROPERTY INSPECTOR This is a 1099 position with flexible weekday hours, 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM, dispatching daily from home with no central office reporting required. As our Insurance Property Inspector, you'll conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features that matter to underwriting decisions. As you walk each property, you'll assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data that tells the full story.
