Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects generated through insurance claims. This role is responsible for managing projects from estimate through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, carrier requirements, and customer expectations are met. This is not a retail remodeling position. Candidates must have direct experience in the insurance restoration industry and be comfortable working with TPAs, carriers, and adjusters. Coverage Area We operate throughout North Jersey, Central Jersey, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore. We are actively hiring across all regions of New Jersey. Qualified candidates from any part of the state are encouraged to apply. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage 12–15 active reconstruction projects per month (average project size $12,000+) Write accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate (required) Utilize Symbility (preferred) when applicable Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters and carriers Work within TPA programs such as Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Lionbridge, or similar platforms Upload and manage files through XactAnalysis Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams Monitor job costs, change orders, and profitability Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations Maintain strong documentation and file compliance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in insurance restoration/reconstruction Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required) Experience with Symbility (preferred) Familiarity with TPAs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Lionbridge, etc.) Experience using XactAnalysis Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license Performance Expectations Maintain strong gross profit margins Keep project timelines on track Maintain high customer satisfaction Meet SLA requirements for TPA programs Ensure clean, compliant documentation What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance incentives Growth opportunity within an expanding restoration organization Support staff and systems already in place Steady pipeline of insurance-driven reconstruction work
