Experience: 1-3 years of experience in insurance reimbursement is REQUIRED. Skills: Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology to communicate clearly with patients and team members. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction. Familiarity with cancer care agents and pharmacology of cytotoxic and immunologic agents is a plus. Proficient in using computers and electronic medical records, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
