Job Title: Insurance Sales Advisor (Inbound Sales)
Location: Fully Remote! Equipment provided
Salary: £24,500 plus GREAT bonus to be earned!!
Hours: Full availability between Monday- Sunday. 37.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 working!
Start date: September starts!!!

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or contact centre with upselling
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Resilient and target-driven with a positive attitude
• Ability to explain complex information clearly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with diallers and CRM systems
• Commitment to treating customers fairly

ROLE PURPOSE

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you’ll engage with customers with inbound sales calls, helping them choose the right insurance products to suit their needs. You’ll work in a dynamic team, hitting achievable targets while delivering outstanding service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take inbound calls to promote our insurance products
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend suitable policies
• Explain policy terms clearly and compliantly
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Accurately process sales and maintain records on internal systems
• Handle objections and queries professionally
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and company standards
