We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored solutions. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, guiding them through their insurance options, and ensuring they receive the best possible coverage to meet their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in telemarketing techniques for lead generation.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for accurate sales administration.
• A proactive approach to learning about new products and market changes.
