We are seeking a highly motivated sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance products to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales efforts and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Insurance licenses are not required to interview, but are required before starting
  • Proven experience in sales or service related fields is preferred, but not required.
  • Highly coachable and embodies a continuance-improvement mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance products can be helpful, but coach-ability is a must

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
