We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will educate clients on insurance options, recommend appropriate products, and help them find the right coverage for their needs. You’ll play a critical role in driving our agency’s success and building a strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Assess client needs and present appropriate insurance products
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service
• Process applications, handle policy renewals, and resolve client inquiries
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, Banking, or insurance (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,999.00 per mont
