OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance CSR/Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Insurance CSR/Account Executive, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their insurance options, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring they have the coverage that best fits their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using technology; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel with the ability to learn our agency management program.

  Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 37.5 per week
