INSURANCE SALES PRODUCTION MANAGER REQUIRED IN BEDFORDVIEW.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Production Manager to lead and drive performance within our insurance call centre team in Bedfordview.
This role involves managing a team of sales agents, setting and monitoring sales targets, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, leadership experience in a call centre environment, and a passion for delivering results through people.
Salary: R40 000 – R55 000 per month.

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet production targets
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
