POSITION OVERVIEW:

Karen Logan-Hartle Insurance Agency Inc., is looking for an enthusiastic career oriented, full-time team member with lots of energy, who is comfortable with office work and dealing with clients and sales. Position is an in office position at our Collingwood location. For over 39 years, our office has been helping customers with their Property and Casualty Insurance, along with Financial Service needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Good Personal Credit Score (Necessary for the Government Insurance Licensing Sponsorship).
• Property and Casualty license (have or must be able to obtain; ALL TRAINING AND LICENSING EXPENSES WILL BE PAID FOR BY US!)
• Sales Experience will be a valued asset, but an energetic, enthusiastic Team Player can be trained.
• Able to multi-task effectively/Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Comfortable on the phone with a warm and pleasant telephone manner
• Friendly, positive, optimistic and upbeat attitude/Confident, approachable and outgoing
• Excellent communication skills, good conversationalist
• An attentive, empathic listener able to understand and share the feelings of others
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-Motivated and Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions/Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Sociable and social media savvy

SALARY RANGE: $40000 - $60000 / YEAR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE INCLUDING SALARY & BONUS AND OTHER INCENTIVES. THIS IS AN-IN OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE.

• Property & Casualty sales and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing clarifications.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, provide accurate quotes and market appropriate products and services for property & Casualty and Life Insurance prospects.
• Continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing Insurance Industry.
