Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs. Present and explain insurance products to clients in a clear and approachable manner. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for new sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist clients in completing insurance applications and documentation. Follow up with prospective clients to maintain relationships and encourage sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of various insurance products and services.
