Job Description Optimized Insurance Planning is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Insurance Planning Sales Associate to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a young professional who thrives on relationship- building, professional development, and representing a mission-driven brand within the financial advisor community. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting OIP’s advisors and internal planning team while helping expand relationships with financial advisors and wealth managers nationwide. You will be an ambassador for OIP and our Race to Success program, engaging advisors with confidence, professionalism, and purpose. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of customized insurance planning solutions across annuities, life insurance, and long-term care Engage and build relationships with financial advisors and wealth managers through proactive communication and follow-up Assist sales leadership and planners with case preparation, research, and solution design Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case flow, accurate documentation, And exceptional service delivery Maintain detailed and organized client and advisor records within internal systems Represent Optimized Insurance Planning with energy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions Contribute to a seamless, high-quality advisor and client experience Qualifications A driven, coachable, and relationship-oriented professional early in their career Passionate about serving financial advisors and helping them grow stronger, more effective practices Excited by insurance planning, risk management strategies, and their role within comprehensive financial planning Comfortable communicating with professionals and building trust over time Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Energized by being part of a growth-focused team and a long-term career path within financial and insurance services Additional Information Why Join OIP?
