We are currently seeking an Insurance Service Representative for our Downtown Portland office! Located in our Downtown Portland office, the Insurance Service Representative is responsible for assisting policyholders and agents with any questions, problems, or changes concerning their insurance products through AAA. This role is also responsible for helping members when they come into the service center, directing them to the appropriate team members and products. Desired skills: * High school education or equivalent required, some college preferred * 2+ years of experience in the Insurance industry * P&C license preferred; training for non-licensed candidates available. * If not licensed when hired, must successfully pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, and/or within two (2) exam attempts, whichever occurs first. * Must have customer service experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of responsiveness. * Proficiency in Microsoft and database systems. Starting pay at $21.50 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities

The representative assists policyholders and agents with questions and changes regarding AAA insurance products. They also provide in-person support to members visiting the service center and direct them to appropriate resources.
