This role supports prior authorizations and renewals, resolves claim and billing issues with payers and suppliers, and helps families understand coverage details, costs, and timelines while delivering accurate, timely support. Must be able to work onsite: 105 Live Oaks Gardens, Casselberry, FL 32707** Qualifications What You’ll Do: Navigate insurance coverage policies for pediatric nutrition and enteral feeding Verify benefits for formula and related DME Support prior authorizations, renewals, and benefit limits Resolve claim denials and billing issues with payers and DME suppliers Help families understand coverage, costs, and renewal timelines What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. 1+ year of customer service experience Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook & Excel Effective written and verbal communication skills.
