Responsible for co-ordinating & administering insurance related services to corporate superannuation clients and employers (where applicable), members and beneficiaries Manage end-to-end insurance application and underwriting lodgement processes, including communication of insurer decisions and updates to member accounts. Prepare and submit claims documentation, follow up on outstanding requirements, and coordinate referrals to the trustee services team. Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance claims, ensuring effective communication and coordination with insurers, clients, claimants, members, beneficiaries, and their representatives. Protecting your super, putting members interests first and Improving member insurance outcome updates for member accounts · Provide empathetic and compassionate support to vulnerable clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. · Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing data, enhancing processes, and sharing knowledge to improve system capabilities. · Monitor and respond to inquiries via the insurance phone line / Help Hub Chat, including participation in early morning and late shift rosters as required. · Uphold and promote SS&C’s Core Values of Accountability, Respect, Innovation, Focus, and Community in all aspects of service delivery.\\ What You Will Bring: · 2-3 years’ experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, specifically in claims and/or underwriting administration (preferred) · experience in the administration of superannuation funds (preferred) · RG146 is beneficial · Knowledge of Superannuation & legislation relating to insurance · Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
