How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to take the time to truly understand our customers' needs and desires. You'll work closely with them to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their individual circumstances. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that you're always providing the best possible advice. What you do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Devise, plan and implement Insurance sales strategy and initiatives to achieve business target for the Retail Banking Provide training and coaching to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge and selling skills and any updates on regulatory requirements Provide pre-case study and joint-call support frontline sales staff to close sales Perform sales analysis and planning with close monitoring of sales activities and trend Assist in reviewing compliance insurance-related work to ensure regulatory requirements are met Who you are Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics or related fields Broad understanding of banking services, insurance solutions and all aspects of financial planning strategies and concepts.
