Description AMRG Exteriors is hiring an experienced Insurance Supplement Estimator to join our Estimating team. This is a W-2 exempt position reporting to the Director of Estimating Operations. This role owns the insurance supplement function end-to-end — from initial estimate review through final carrier approval — and works cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Finance to ensure every job is properly scoped and closed at full value. Shift & Schedule: Monday–Friday. Occasional evenings or weekends during high-volume storm response periods. Requirements Responsibilities • Review every incoming insurance estimate for scope gaps and write supplements in Xactimate with F9 notes, code citations, and carrier-specific language • Negotiate with adjusters via email, phone, and reinspection to close open disputes • Audit all approved jobs before production — confirm scope sold matches scope approved • Manage TPA/MRP program jobs per program documentation and approval requirements • Collaborate with Sales on complex pre-contract reviews and provide Production with change order support • Report weekly on open supplement pipeline: file age, dollars pending, and close rate by carrier Qualifications • 2+ years of hands-on insurance supplement experience at a contractor, PA firm, or restoration company • Xactimate proficient — build and edit independently, write F9 notes, apply local price lists • At least one trade mastered: roofing, siding, or windows • Strong written communication skills — supplement notes are legal documentation • Organized under volume — comfortable managing 30 to 75+ open files simultaneously • AccuLynx and/or TPA/MRP program experience preferred Benefits & Perks • Compensation range of $60,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance-based bonus. • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company match • PTO and paid federal holidays • Company-issued computer with full Xactimate and AccuLynx access • Incentive trips and performance-based programs • Opportunities for advancement
