WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who, together with our Sales Office in the Netherlands, will be responsible for building and expanding our market presence in Europe.

  • 10+ years of experience in the B2B Sales, with a proven track record in acquisition in Germany & France.
  • Experience with telecom, HVAC, smart home, or IoT solutions is a plus.
  • Commercially sharp with technical understanding.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and KPI-driven with a clear results focus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to expand our customer base—initially in Germany and France, and later across Europe—with a strong focus on smart fire safety and electronic TRV (eTRV) solutions.
Working remotely from home, you will target leading brands, telecom providers, and service companies, driving new business and building strong, strategic partnerships. You will take ownership of identifying and securing opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and closing high-impact contracts.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with both our European and Chinese teams, ensuring alignment across strategic analysis, marketing initiatives, sales activities, and product development. Your ability to combine business development drive with a strategic mindset will be key in contributing to our long-term growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain deep market knowledge – understand trends, competitors, and client needs to inform strategy.
  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities – expand our reach in Germany, France, and beyond.
  • Drive acquisition of strategic accounts – win partnerships with major brands, telecoms, and service providers.
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts – ensure impactful, mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee key projects with stakeholders – align business goals across functions and geographies.
