As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), or as our customer likes to say, Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be a problem-solver, salesperson, device technician, billing expert and more-all while being positive and professional. And you’ll also be a hero when you solve our customer’s challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities; able to think analytically
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Flexible, able to adapt to change
  • Detail oriented and quality focused
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work late or weekend hours on a rotating basis
  • Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Fluent in Hebrew or Czech
