We have dedicated intake attorneys ("Concierge Attorneys") handle and convert a significant volume of incoming leads. We are seeking a high-performing Intake Assistant to support our Concierge Attorneys by managing lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up, and helping convert prospective clients into retained clients. This role is critical to the firm’s growth and requires someone who operates with urgency, organization, and accountability. Key Responsibilities * Support Concierge Attorneys in managing a high volume of incoming leads * Proactively follow up with prospective clients to move them through the intake process * Ensure consultations are scheduled promptly and efficiently * Assist in converting leads by facilitating communication, document collection, and payment processing * Gather, scan, and organize client documents accurately and timely * Coordinate with clients and prior counsel to obtain case files * Track and report on lead status, retention progress, and follow-up efforts * Keep Concierge Attorneys consistently informed of pipeline activity and next steps * Handle administrative tasks including document preparation and file organization * Process client payments with accuracy and professionalism What Success Looks Like * Leads are contacted quickly and consistently * Consultations are scheduled without delay * Retainers are secured efficiently * Required documents are collected and organized without gaps * Concierge Attorneys are fully supported and informed at all times Assessment Option (Priority Consideration) We hire based on data and performance indicators.
