The assessments include evaluation of mental health status, providing a social summary, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. Case management includes an assessment of need with the child/adolescent/adult and family, and active collaboration with community providers and services. Additionally, our intake clinician provides intake assessments in schools, as well as provides consultation and collaboration with school staff. The intake clinician could also provide training to staff and/or parents at the school as well as opportunities for growth in the development of providing mental health support in the schools. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide intake assessments to children, adolescents, adults and their families · Consult with medication providers and clinical staff Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Basic understanding about mental health disorders and psychotropic medications · Ability to build and maintain rapport with children, adolescents, and their families · Culturally sensitive · Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Qualifications: · NH licensure or license eligible Education: · Position requires a master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.
