We are looking for an exceptionally talented and energetic Intake Coordinator to join us. They must work well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in exceeding expectations. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, conscientious, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our seriously injured clients.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be Bilingual in Turkish/English
  • Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • 1 – 2 years of personal injury or insurance adjuster experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior sales experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Strong client service skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • You are highly motivated, results-driven, and a dependable team player.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel across the GTA and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for new clients, coordinating the various steps of the intake process.
  • Contacting prospective clients and assessing their claims
  • Educating clients about the claims process and booking intakes
  • Investigating preliminary issues and communicating important facts to the attorneys
  • Opening new files which includes requests, initial letters, notice letters, production charts, searches, obtaining OCF-2’s, etc.
