Community Healthcare of Texas is currently recruiting for an Intake Coordinator. POSITION SUMMARY Provide patient admissions through the coordination of referrals and admission team nurses. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Receive and verify the validity of patient referrals. * Coordinate with admission team pertinent information in a timely manner. * Verify patient insurance. * Provide admission information to doctor's office, business office, admission nurse. * Various routine clerical duties and other assignments as needed.
