Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred. Pay Rate: $22 - $28/ hour Must be a LPN Day shift positions available. Duties may include: Coordinating high volume of inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, assessment, and admissions. Conducting interviews and assess for appropriate levels of care. Updating bed boards, assessment boards, and other information stations. Verifying insurance. Prerequisites for this position: Positive Attitude! Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback. Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff. Self-directed and highly motivated. Customer Service Attitude and ability to communicate effectively. BS/BA in a Behavioral Health field Basic computer literacy, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred experience or credentials: Experience with use of a multi-line phone system. Experience in SUD assessment and/or treatment. Responsibilities

Coordinate high-volume inquiries, assessments, and admissions for clients with substance use disorders. Manage bed boards and verify insurance to ensure appropriate levels of care in a residential setting.
