EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Six months of community work experience with First Nations people
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a health organization
  • Demonstrated time management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Works, and Excel
  • Post-secondary education in office administration, financial management, bookkeeping, or computer applications
  • Two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Commitment to a healthy lifestyle and personal wellness plan
  • Respect for First Nations cultural practices and trauma-informed approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills with staff, clients, and the general public

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid BC Driver’s License (preferably Class 4)
  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Criminal Record Check for vulnerable persons
  • Oath of confidentiality
    Salary: $44,008 – $51,197
