Job description We are seeking a Full-time Intake Nurse to work remotely and support our in Freehold, NJ market! Ennoble Care values Honoring the patients we serve. Position Responsibilities: Answering phones, receives all referral and intake information. Complete referral/intake forms and route them appropriately for admission approval. Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer. Check common working files for Medicare Coverage and verification of benefit period. Perform other duties as directed. Job Conditions: Office setting that will require regular phone usage, sitting, stooping and lifting of office supplies (ex. printer paper stacks). The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, multi-line telephone, and other related office equipment. Responsibilities
