Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a responsible, reliable, and tech‑savvy individual to support our team with reimbursement submissions and scheduling coordination. This role involves working closely with families to ensure all reimbursement claims are accurately submitted through agency portals, as well as managing calendars and task entries across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Intake & Reimbursement Support Submit reimbursement claims through multiple agency online portals. Communicate with parents and family members via email and phone to gather required information and ensure claims are properly submitted. Follow up on outstanding items and maintain accurate records of submissions. Scheduling & Task Management Schedule tasks, appointments, and deadlines using digital calendars. Create and manage dates, timings, and task entries across internal and agency systems. Ensure all tasks are entered correctly and updated promptly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced. Highly responsible, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use multiple online portals and digital tools. Comfortable communicating professionally with families via phone and email. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Competitive salary.
