COMPANY OVERVIEW
Alta Care Resources is an agency contracted to provide services to Alberta Human Services. With over twenty years of experience, the organization is a respected part of Edmonton’s service delivery spectrum, known for its innovative programming in group care, crisis response, and family-based interventions.
The Intake & Reporting Coordinator provides direct support to both the Dragonfly and Resiliency Programs, with primary responsibility for client intakes and agency client reporting. This role requires establishing and maintaining open, effective communication between programs and other stakeholders to ensure these processes are completed accurately and on time.
The Intake & Reporting Coordinator is responsible for managing the agency’s intake process, ensuring that all client information is collected accurately, documented thoroughly, and entered into the appropriate systems in a timely manner. This role maintains the integrity of agency data by monitoring its accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and uses this information to prepare and submit required reports to internal leadership and other stakeholders. Through meticulous data management and reporting, the coordinator supports program evaluation, ensures accountability, and contributes to informed decision-making across the agency.
The position also ensures compliance with legislation, contracts, standards, policies, and procedures—both in their own work and in the work of the programs and practitioners they support. All responsibilities are carried out within an ethical, client-driven framework.
