Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an Intake Representative, who will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking homecare services. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and reputation by facilitating timely and accurate intake processes. Key responsibilities include: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding homecare services Conduct initial client assessments to determine eligibility and needs Manage end-to-end intake processing for HHA, MLTC, HMO, NHTD, and PDN services Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client documentation, including medical history, insurance, and service preferences Coordinate communication and follow-ups with clients and families throughout the intake process Provide referral status updates to internal marketing teams Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed Support community outreach and relationship-building with referral sources Drive referrals through the intake pipeline to secure timely authorizations and convert cases to active services, contributing to monthly growth goals Experience in a customer-facing role handling inquiries via phone and email Working proficiency with general computer and office software tools Experience in healthcare or homecare services environments preferred Experience communicating with clients and/or families to gather information and coordinate follow-ups Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects.
