We are seeking a dynamic Intake Sales Manager to lead and optimize our client intake and conversion process. The role combines sales leadership, operational oversight and process improvements to ensure every potential client receives an exceptional first impression and is efficiently guided toward becoming a satisfied customer.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
 3+ years of experience is sales, intake management or client onboarding
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversation goals
 Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
 Knowledge of HHA Exchange system

 Oversee the full intake sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closed sale
 Lead, train and motivate the intake sales team to meet and exceed conversion and revenue targets
 Manage the entire intake process, from initial inquiry to a patient admission
 Establish and monitor Performance metrics, analyze trends and adjust strategies
 Handle high-value of complex leads directly to ensure successful conversion
 Work closely with marketing team to align lead generation strategies with intake capacity and goal
 Develop and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
