JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing schedules, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within our office. The Scheduler will work closely with clients and caregivers.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a home care office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of client confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Wellsky.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with client, caregivers and staff.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
