Description:

  • Amazing culture with lots of team bonding activities
  • Make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability
  • Comfortable office spaces where you can work closely with your Clinical Team

ABOUT US:

At Better Rehab, we began with a simple idea: better quality Allied Health services for people living with a disability. This proved to be exactly what the community needed, as Better Rehab has grown into a leading National Allied Health provider.
We are seeking a passionate Intake Specialist to provide an end-to-end customer experience by responding to phone and email inquiries, scheduling & arranging appointments for both clinicians & non-clinicians and database management.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of email enquiries, voicemails and missed calls in a timely manner, daily.
  • Follow up on enquiries and conduct waitlist audits, regularly with documented results.
  • Setting up Initial Service Agreements with Participants within constraints of funding for individual participants.
  • Perform risk assessments with participants or their representatives when booking the initial assessment/appointment.
  • Maintain staff caseloads with equal and appropriate distribution, considering client complexity.
  • Provide clients with detailed information and follow relevant processes, including sending welcome packs and uploading documentation to relevant employment platforms.
  • Ensure effective diary management, inclusive of accurate capturing of client & staff details & forecasting Clinician availability accordingly.
  • Promote a high standard of care and communication with our participants and other parties, that is aligned with Better Rehab values and evidenced in their interactions.
  • Review new starter notifications and workflow (Waitlists, Handovers, ENQ)
  • Collaborating with regional managers and supervisors to book appointments for new starters.
