As the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate processing of medical device orders. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and computer savvy will help us deliver high-quality service and life-changing equipment to those who need it most. What You’ll Do · Serve as the primary contact for incoming patient and provider requests · Gather and verify all intake information, documentation, and medical orders · Enter accurate data into EMR/EHR, CRM, and order-management systems · Review prescriptions, insurance requirements, and compliance documents · Coordinate with clinical teams, customer service, and insurance verification · Ensure devices and equipment orders meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, DME requirements) · Track order status and follow up as needed · Provide compassionate, professional support to patients and partners · Other duties as needed What Makes You a Great Fit · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Strong computer and data-entry abilities; able to learn new systems quickly · Experience with EHR, CRM, or order-management software (preferred) · High level of accuracy and attention to detail · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving workflow · Knowledge of medical terminology, DME, or medical office processes (a plus, but not required) · Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working cross-departmentally · Commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance Requirements Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent (Required) · I year of customer Service experience · 1 year experience in healthcare intake, medical office, DME, customer service, or related field, preferred · Knowledge of HCPC codes, preferred · Proficient with MS Suite, digital documentation, and multitasking tools What We Offer · Competitive salary · Health, dental, and vision benefits · Paid time off and holidays · Supportive team-based environment · Meaningful work that directly impacts patient quality of life
