We are seeking a professional and client-focused Intake Specialist with experience in Personal Injury to join our team onsite. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering essential case information, and ensuring a smooth intake process. Responsibilities : Answer inbound calls from potential clients Conduct initial case screenings and gather detailed accident information Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases Accurately enter client information into the case management system Collect and review supporting documentation when needed Schedule consultations with attorneys or case managers Follow up with potential clients to obtain missing information Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Meet daily and weekly intake goals Qualifications : Previous experience in Personal Injury Intake (required) Strong understanding of personal injury case criteria Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM or case management systems Availability to work onsite (in-office position)
