Description Full Job Description McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a candidate to fill the extraordinarily crucial role of Intake Specialist with 1-3 years experience. This is a great opportunity to work as the first point of contact for potential clients. Those with experience in sales understand the importance of a quality first impression. Applicants must have a positive attitude, be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure and detail-oriented. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Receive new client leads including online inquiries and telephone inquiries. Follow-up on new leads Review sign-up documents with new client Cover front desk breaks and lunches Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Intake or Personal Injury Strong date-entry skills. We will provide comprehensive training and support for the right person. Salary: $18-$26 per hour Requirements US work authorization (Required) High school or equivalent (Required) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, receiving new client leads and following up on inquiries. They will also review sign-up documents and cover front desk breaks.
