What You'll Do Receive and process new restoration job assignments Gather customer, insurance, and property information accurately Create new jobs in multiple software systems Route emergency losses to the appropriate branch and team Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, property managers, and internal teams Maintain accurate documentation and update job information as projects evolve Help ensure every restoration project starts smoothly and efficiently We're Looking For Someone Who...
