POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Intake Worker facilitates telephone, online or in-person intake and triage of clients based on established Employee Assistance Program (EAP) policies and procedures, obtains complete client information, matches clients with appropriate services and service providers, and refers client crises or emergencies to clinical staff for immediate intervention. Clinical Intake Workers provide crisis support and brief psychological care as required. This position requires the candidate to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
