At Each, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to person-centred, trauma-informed care. Your role, your impact As an Integrated AOD Counsellor, you will: Deliver therapeutic counselling interventions to clients with complex needs, including AOD and mental health challenges. Provide outreach support to engage vulnerable and hard-to-reach clients, helping them achieve treatment stability. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and facilitate referrals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation using Each’s client management systems. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and respectful environment. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and reflective practice to support your ongoing development. Who we’re looking for Experience working with people with alcohol and other drug use and/or mental health concerns. Experience supporting clients with co-occurring challenges, such as trauma, family violence, homelessness, or physical health issues. Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health, or a related discipline. Current driver’s license.
