Salary starts at $85,000.00/annually licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) This full-time behavioral health clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the care teams and patients at our health centers by: * Focusing on patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction. Providing brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities * Addressing issues of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders * Encouraging smoking cessation * Assisting with crisis assessment Our ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the health for our most vulnerable patients by practicing our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community.  EDUCATION: Graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Master’s level required. LCSW or LPC preferred.
