Are you ready to lead the future of omnichannel marketing for some of Australia’s most iconic food brands including MasterFoods, Ben’s Original, and Dolmio?
Mars Food Australia is looking for an Integrated Brand Experience Manager to join our high-performing team based in Sydney.
This newly created role leads the shopper marketing strategy — in-store and online — across our full brand portfolio. You’ll shape the strategic direction for omnichannel marketing, create the Retail Media vision, and integrate commerce into our brand, media, and communication journeys.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll also manage agency partnerships across media, shopper, and retail within our integrated agency model. This role is key to driving eCommerce growth, improving shopper ROI, optimising Retail Media spend, and elevating the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning – Set the strategic direction for omnichannel marketing and retail media, integrating commerce into brand and media strategies.
  • Activation & Execution – Lead impactful in-store and online activations, including the Perfect Digital Store rollout and Test & Learn initiatives.
  • Agency & Partner Management – Manage agency relationships (shopper, digital, media, and retail) and lead the development of customer initiatives.
  • Measurement & Improvement – Oversee campaign measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement in omnichannel marketing.
  • Collaboration & Capability Building – Partner with internal teams to support customer plans and deploy digital tools that enhance omnichannel capability.
