Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Extensive experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes using Adobe AEP to engage, grow share of wallet and retain customers and a strong focus on data-driven customer journey optimization and data-driven strategies
  • Experience in delivering Customer Lifecycle marketing in Home Lending and/ banking essential
  • Expertise in understanding and using Adobe Journey Optimizer and similar customer journey management tools
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technology
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful, data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that have improved commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to operate strategically and implement tactically in a very hands-on environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring more junior team members and leading a performance obsessed culture
  • Strong commercial business understanding with the ability to pitch marketing effectiveness and ROI to senior business stakeholdersHighly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail delivering work on time and on budget

This role is pivotal in developing and executing data-driven customer lifecycle strategies that drive engagement and retention from existing customers. You will be responsible for;

  • Contributing to the creation of the AMP Bank Home Lending marketing strategy and annual marketing plan in line with the business, Group brand objectives and annual business targets
  • The development of the overarching Lifecycle strategy and plan working collaboratively with the broader Marketing function
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive, Integrated and data-driven “always on” lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention across multiple channels
  • Working with Data and Insights and Technology to create and build data assets for marketing requirements
  • Utilising Adobe Journey Optimizer and other complementary channels to design, execute, and optimise data-driven “always on” customer journeys and triggers in moments that matter ensuring they are personalised and relevant
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data and insights, and digital to create lifecycle marketing initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Analysing campaign performance data and lifecycle behaviour to identify new opportunities to increase ROI.
