Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medior Logistics Management & Integrated Logistic Support specialist to provide critical support to the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) Land/Air Business Unit. In this role, you will be the central point for coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics, procurement, and sustainment activities for key mission portfolios. You will act as a strategic partner, bridging gaps between stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and ensuring the effective delivery of services in support of NATO operations. Responsibilities: Procurement & Financial Tracking: Coordinate, monitor, and track all procurement requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using NATO tools (EBA, SharePoint, Service Now). Manage and report on related Capital Expenditure budgets. Deliver a monthly Procurement Status Report, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions. Continuous Process Improvement: Utilize Lean and Kanban techniques to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the End-to-End ILS chain. Document opportunities for process synergies and improvements. Deliver a monthly Continuous Improvement Report with actionable recommendations. Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management: Foster and build strategic partnerships within NCI Agency, other NATO entities, and commercial industry partners. Track and document all customer engagements and outcomes. Deliver a monthly Customer Engagement Report detailing interactions and results. Inventory & Stock Management: Coordinate, monitor, and track all service inventories and stock levels (Level 1, 2, and 3 Consumables and Spares). Collaborate with Service and Project Managers to maintain accurate stock data. Deliver a monthly Inventory and Stock Level Report. Service Obsolescence Management: Support Service Delivery Managers in monitoring and tracking 5-year service obsolescence plans. Maintain and update obsolescence plans in the NIMSC SharePoint portal. Deliver a monthly Service Management Obsolescence Plan Report. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Proven record in Customer Relationship Management, and ability to communicate effectively with NATO civilian staff, Military staff and Commercial Partner staff, at all levels: At least 5 years’ prior Military Service. At least 3 years’ prior Commercial experience. At least 3 years’ prior NATO experience (in particular with NCI Agency). NATO-Specific Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the NCI Agency C2 structure and service lines. Thorough understanding of NATO Allied Operations, Mission processes, and DCIS (Deployable CIS) processes. In-depth knowledge of NATO Acquisition processes and procedures. Technical & Process Skills: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the NCIA EBA tool set and the NCIA ITSM tool set. Thorough understanding of NATO OLA (Operational Level Agreement) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) processes (at least 2 years of experience). At least 2 years of experience applying Lean techniques and Six Sigma in a commercial environment for process improvement. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool set and Project Management techniques. Communication & Security: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (to NATO SLP 3333 / STANAG 6001 standard).
