Job Description As an Integrated Marketing and Campaign Manager F/H, you will bring your Marketing Operations expertise to the EMEA team. You are responsible for coordinating the Regional marketing process for the performance & sportstyle categories across wholesale, retail and ecommerce. You will maintain the integrated marketing masterplan, coordinating the regional marketing experts to hit deliveries and expectations. You will be responsible for Budget management, and for marketing reporting for the region. You will assess regional asset sufficiency and work closely with the global/brand marketing and regional teams to determine outages and coordinate content shoots as needed. They will support the broader marketing teams to ensure organizational efficiency and GTM success. Your main responsibilities: Manage and drive the EMEA Master Plan and the Marketing End to End seasonal drumbeat Ensure the execution of the EMEA Integrated Marketing Plan, in collaboration with merchandising Align consistently with global Activation Specialists by sport category and D2C to understand seasonal priorities Consolidate and track the regional Marketing budget with Finance and local teams Responsible for tracking and reporting on campaigns and key initiatives, oversee and implement the marketing scorecard and relevant reports Receive and disseminate toolbox from HQ; update EMEA teams on asset delivery, embargo shifts and activations Oversee and project manage regional asset production in alignment with priorities and commercial goals Makes sure regional asset checklist reflects all functional team needs Audit and enhance playbooks to hand off to functional teams Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience You possess 7-10 years experience in Marketing Operations and project management, understanding 360 marketing, understanding of omnichannel shopping journey and competitor benchmarks. You are process driven and operationally excellent. You are able to connect people, ideas, processes to ensure the engine is running. You are self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You have the ability to influence at all areas of the business with strong self-awareness. You possess excellent communication and briefing skills.
