You will lead the planning and delivery of trade shows, tentpole events, experiential activations, and facility tours, ensuring every initiative aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives. The role offers the opportunity to influence brand storytelling while driving tangible business growth in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. \n Accountabilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with marketing and sales goals. Plan and execute trade shows, facility tours, tentpole events, and experiential activations, including vendor management and logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate events into multi-channel marketing campaigns. Track and report event performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives. Manage event budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI. Inspire creative thinking within the team and ensure high-quality brand representation. Ensure adherence to safety policies and provide a seamless experience for participants. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in trade shows, event marketing, experiential brand management, or partnerships. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Financial acumen and experience managing mid-to-large-scale budgets. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling. Ability to travel frequently as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and project management tools (Jira) is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary range: $95,000–$130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
